Privacy Policy
What ArchReel collects when you use it, what it is used for, who processes it, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
In plain terms
We collect your sign-in profile, the projects and design views you submit and what you generate, and basic technical data. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Information We Collect
When you use ArchReel, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your OAuth provider (Google).
Content: Project briefs you submit, the shot plans, renders and videos generated from them, and the design views you upload (screenshots or exports of your 3D model or drawings).
Payment Information: Orders, amounts and subscription status. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach our servers.
Usage Data: Which features you use and how far a project gets, to improve the service.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the ArchReel service
To process your project generation requests
To manage your account and credit balance
To screen submitted text and uploads for content that breaks our Terms
To improve the service and the quality of what it generates
To email you about your account and projects (for example, when a film is ready) and, unless you unsubscribe, occasional tips and reminders — every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link
Data Storage & Security
Your projects and account data are stored in our database (Supabase); generated images, videos and uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and secure authentication via OAuth 2.0.

Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also ask us to delete your account, which removes your profile, projects, generated files and uploads.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
